Stressed about Yoga

I have decided to narrow my project down a little more and not only to focus on basic yoga but also on the idea of practicing yoga to relive stress. We didn't have class today but I spent time in the library writing my proposal, which I found to be relatively easy because I think I know exactly what form I want this project to take. I also found a book today that I will be reading in order to dig deeper. Tonight I will work on my calendar and plan everything accordingly. My only problem in the future will be using other people because sometimes it's hard schedule wise so I know I will have to let people know in advance. I also need to find a way to get my hands on a device that takes videos. My camera can do it if I can't find a video camera of some sorts. I felt very proud at the end of my proposal because I felt like I had a solid understanding on what needs to be done and when. I will spend some time organizing everything before I dig into anything, which I know will help alot. Lastly I have decided to name my project, "Stressed about Yoga". :)

  1. You and I have the same free block so I'd be more than happy too help with some of it. So do you plan on specifically focusing on the idea of yoga as a stress reliever?
    You could also record peoples moods before and after the yoga too see how it affects them.

  2. Also, people do yoga for sports and health related reasons. I know you said you were focusing it on stress, but like I do it to get rid of migraines. (I wrote something last week that I liked better, but lost it thinking I had posted it, but it was like that idea how you could include other reasons why people do yoga).
